About

Most of my work is diagnosis: finding where a decision stalls, proving the real leverage point, and designing the smallest intervention that moves the metric.

Before product design, five years in architecture shaped how I think about systems — physical spaces that determine how people move, connect, and feel. That perspective carries directly into digital work: I think about workflows, touchpoints, and the full journey, not just screens.

In practice that means starting in the service, not the interface — shadowing the shop floor, mapping the whole journey, and proving the one change worth making with a small live pilot before it scales. Service design and systems thinking are how I find that change.
